There is no doubt that I took some persuading to try the new 49 and Market Plum Grove collection. Not one to usually craft in purples, this collection pushed me out of my comfort zone! But oh my... it is just wonderful! The rub ons are so easy to apply in one go (unlike the rub ons of yester-year! The co-ordinating film strips, title ephemera and elements make building a layout so easy! You can find the range here. We made this layout during our weekly live craftalong on our Facebook page and our You Tube channel.
To complete this layout, I used a Jennywren Cutfile, JWCF 812 Diamond Vertical Border that I backed with some purple variegated paper from an old paper pad. It's great to mix up old stash with new, as it gives it a new lease of life!
Along with Plum Grove, we also have lots of wonderful new products from Simple Stories, 49 and Market and Pinkfresh Studio. I just love the new spring colours that are coming into these new collections!
I have also enjoyed making a cold and frosty layout this month, using Jennywren Cutfiles JWCF 395 Frosty Pic 2 This layout was a simple one to put together, as I used the 49 and Market Leaf rub ons to create the background and then just layered up a few ephemera leaves and the title.
Wishing you lots of crafty time! Thanks for stopping by. Faye x
